Each class is a unique sequence designed to nurture the central nervous system while opening the energetic channels in the body. The pace of class is luxurious and slow with a gentle succession of postures. All levels of practitioners are welcome.
The first 15 minutes of class is spent on a group yoga philosophy discussion.

When you sign up for class you will receive a link to attend live via zoom. Additionally a recording of the practice and the discussion notes will be sent to all participants.
